Marie-Cécile is een echte francofiel. Tijdens haar master studie Intercultural Communication is Marie-Cécile stage gaan lopen bij TeamAnimation als stagiaire Sales & Recruitment. Na het afronden van haar studie is Marie-Cécile aan de slag gegaan als recruiter bij France-Personnel. Nu werkt ze al bijna 4 jaar bij TeamAnimation als Operations and Relations Manager.
